New Smoking Laws For Indiana, USA?

Recently the Indiana Senate passed a new smoking ban law for the state. This effort had a long, and controversial travel to the final passing vote as the list of exempted establishments continually grew. The latest version permits smoking to continue in: Bars Casinos Nonprofit private clubs and fraternal organizations (VFW Halls) At-home businesses(not in business area) If signed into law smoking becomes a thing of the past for: Mental Health, Nursing Facilities Charity gaming events (bingo games, churches) In the workplace The fate of the bill now lies in the hands of Governor Mitch Daniels, as it waits for [...]

Indianapolis features a variety of sports venues and cultural attractions. It's a growing city called the Crossroads of America. Built on swampy land, and originally planned to cover only a 1-square mile area, Indianapolis, Indiana quickly grew into a thriving city.
